INFERIORITY COMPLEX

Inferiority complex is a psychological dis order that makes one to lose his or her self-confidence.    Though they are talented and knew many information, they under estimate themselves and are victimized.  To overcome from this problems, one should follow certain guidelines and change their way of judgment.  Here are some guidelines to overcome from the problem of inferiority complex and develop self-confidence so as to lead a successful life.

Tips 1.
You have to think that you are beautiful.  In this connection, you should think Tagore’s version that” You may judge a flower or butterfly by its look and not human being”.  Nobody is born with zero potentiality and that means each one is blessed with some talents. You should not worry about your appearance or color.  Robert Browning says that nobody or nothing is perfect in the world and everybody or everything is the blending of both perfect and imperfect aspects.  So think positively that you are able, talented, and capable of achieving many things.

Tips 2.
Don’t worry about other’s criticisms.  There are people who are born in this world to criticize others.  Whenever you are criticized, it is always better not to get angry with them, instead carefully listen to it and enjoy it.  Later go separately and make an evaluation of it.  If you could not get clear cut idea, you can seek your intimate friend’s or well-wisher’s assistance also. Accordingly you can bring some positive changes if needed.

Tips 3.
Now a days many students are shattered in their lives for the simple reason that they are not able to achieve what they have decided or planned.  YOU HAVE TO REMEMBER NO BODY IN THIS WORLD ACHIEVED WHAT THEY DESIGNED.  Your aspiration may vary in accordance with your environment and information that is subjected to change.  Many eminent scholars were the failures during their early days.  It doesn’t mean that you have to fail in your attempts.  Try to take another chance.  Try and try till you succeed.  In this connection I would remind the version of Rudyard that one should treat both success and failure alike.  If you get less percentage of marks, don’t think that you are not better than the one who got high percentage marks.  There are many chances.  Wait for them.  If possible, change your approach differently.

Tips 4.
Don’t compare yourself with others.  You may be more powerful than the one whom you think powerful.  You admire your own abilities and love yourself.

Tips 5.
Now a days many students are highly worried about their lack of communication skills in English language .They are hesitant to speak in English and are unable to face any interviews boldly. Consequently, they underestimate themselves and develop inferiority complex.  Remember there are ways to overcome from this problems.  For that, one should take some extra steps.
