bellybutton, or groin regions. Though
hernias never affect our body immediately, it may develop severe consequences

CAUSES:
there are variety of reasons, such as Diarrhea, Constipation, Chronic
Cough, Over-Sneezing, obesity, Malnutrition, Smoking, and even during the lift
of heavy object. All these above factors
weaken the respective muscles and make hernia more possible.
SYMPOTOMS:
Swelling under the skin of the abdomen resulting constipation and a
“heavyfeeling” in the abdomen. Sometimes
blood discharged along with the stool.
TYPES OF HERNIA:

It is so because, the testicles of a man descend through the inguinal canal soon after birth. The inguinal canal is supposed to be closed. Sometimes the canal remains unclosed leaving a delicate spot for the development of hernia
- Hiatal: It occurs, when a portion of the stomach protruded up through the diaphragm. The diaphragm is a sheet that separates the abdominal cavity from the chest cavity. Aged people are prone to this type of hernia. It causes burning sensation due to the leakage of food intake by the patient
- Umbilical Hernia: It occurs when a part of the small intestine prtrudesthrough the abdominal wall at the navel region. It is very common among the new borne. Obese or frequent child borne women are affected with these disorders.
- Incisional hernia: It commonly occurs among those who underwent abdominal surgery and remained overweight. usually it happens because of passiveness after abdominal surgery
