Step 1:
You are required to submit the Xerox copy of your tenth or twelfth mark
statement and the copy of your transfer certificate along with the fees receipt
of Rs.105/-(for tenth mark statements) or Rs.505/-(twelfth mark statements)
to the concerned Headmaster/Headmistress
or the D. E. O. Within sixty days you will be able to get your certificate
Usual practice:
HAVING GIVEN A WRITTEN COMPLAINANT To the
police department, you are required to
get a written certificate from the above
department about their inability of tracing your certificate. Then you are required to get the proper
signature in the filled in application form, that has been received from the
Headmaster/Headmistress of the school where you have studied lately from the
Thaisildhar. Later, you are required to
send the above application form and other details of documents to the District
Educational Officer, Who, in turn publish the matter in the Government Gazettes and based on it, the requisition letter will
be forwarded to the Directorate of School Examinations.
In case you lost your University mark
statements or convocation certificate, you are required to contact the
respective college head and the concerned University
