If
you lost your property documents, you are required it make a complaint to the
in charge police department, and get a certificate from the relevant
authorities. The concerned matter should
be published in the leading dailies. Then you are required to get a No
Objection Certificate from the Notary public person. After getting all the
certificates, such as certificate from the police officials, proof of
publication of loss of your document in the daily, no objection certificate
from the notary public personnel and all the details such as survey number,
location of the property and other relevant details should be addressed to the
Sub-Registrar along with the fees of Rs.100/- for the document charges and
other charge of Rs. 20/- per each page. You will be able to get the document
within a short span of time.
