We are living in the fast world with fast food. In this situation, sometimes food poisoning is unavoidable. Food poisoning is not a simple matter but it may develop severe consequences and it may even bring death also. Basil is a powerful material used for food poisoning. Take a teaspoon of crushed basil powder and boil it with a glass of water and drink daily.

Lemon is a fruit that contain a lot of "Vitamin-C", Its main content is Citric Acid, Lemon juice can be consumed by mixing it with water and sugar or salt. One spoon of lemon juice can be taken without mixing in water.

Pepper is used as a major source of removing food poisoning. If we take 1 to 3 pepper seeds daily it will increase the immune power. As a remedial measure for food poisoning, mix One tea spoon of pepper powder with honey and take it.
