Tips to face the summer days

WE are going to face the speedy temperature fluctuations and the wild summer of this year. In these vulnerable times we have to be fit and maintain our health. Due to temperature fluctuations and changes in the atmospheric pressure, we feel that we are unfit. In these days we are also susceptible to several viral diseases and we are forced to consult a doctor and take remedial measures.

Though it is impossible to escape from the severity of full -fledged summer season, we shall minimize the seriousness. Here are some tips that can be followed to lead a healthy life during the summer seasons.


  1. Always drink boiled and cooled water to avoid micro disease causing germs present in the water. Drink plenty of salt applied lemon juice. The water you use for making the lemon juice must be purified water.
  2. Don’t drink such cold juices, immediately after a hot sweating. After a walk in the sun or a hectic work, your body is in the hot condition and in such a hot condition, if you drink cold juices, you may develop cold and other illness.
  3. Avoid or minimize the consumption of tea and coffee during these seasons.
  4. You shall make coffee with the help of coriander power and cumin power and it will make your body cool.
  5. Make your lunch and supper very light with much vegetables and fruits.
  6. Daily change your exterior and interior dresses and it is good and comfortable to use light and cotton dresses.
  7. Avoid eating beef and broiler chicken. Improve your health by means of vegetable soups.
  8. Take bath daily twice (Morning and Night) If your body doesn’t permit, at least rinse your body with the help of a wet towel.
  9. If possible, wash your face periodically and make your eye-lids cool.
  10. Avoid walking or working in the direct sun-light continuously.
The above recommendations are only pre-cautionary measures so as to escape from the extreme summer.
